So when is this SR lag gonna be fixed?

This is getting old. I've seen countless times you've been working on it or have done a hotfix here or there but nothing is changing. The old SR I got 80-100 FPS on a crappy computer and obviously that's well more then enough to play. Now I get 20-28 constant. The beginning of the game when were running to lane, ya I get 70-80. As soon as I see some champions or a skill used BOOM 20 fps the rest of the game.. Game is unplayable and it sucks. I've been doing like 5-8 arams cause that's all I can do now.. When?!?!

What have you tried to fix it? Nearly all other players aren't having this issue, so whatever variable is different for you is the problem, and if you don't let anybody know then it can't get fixed.

Reinstalling, lowering everything to very low, no vsynch, uncapped fps etc etc. Nothing has changed it. Literally everything is as low as it can be and/or off and it hasn't helped a bit.

Then there's somebody out there who doesn't want your problem fixed! Your issue might lie in your video cards too, like disabling Crossfire/SLI or rolling back your driver.
