so katarinas E shunpo is bad right now. i dont understand why she need a small cast time on her jump. it have ruined for me so many times when im too fast. like she is an assassin so having a cast time on her E is not fittng her kit. shes not a mage or caster which would have made more sense. please remove it or explain why she has it?

Nah seriously, this was added "to let opponents a chance to understand and track what Katarina is doing" in teamfights. I am not sure how does this cast time make it, but it makes Kat clunky to play :( We lost some part of her identity of being INSTANT during the rework, which is sad
She has a cast time on E? What?
She can do it like 8 times per fight so i feel like a 0.1 sec cast time is fair

New katarina is pretty much broken, she already needs a nerf to her early game.
Removing that cast time would break kat in her current state and require her to get nerfed elsewhere. Ontop of that's it's literally impossinle to code out because the delay is actually there to give the game time to figure out and create the TRAIL that makes her easier to track in teamfights.
So Katarina can't poke you without retaliation (similar to pre-work )
Her E: Shunpo is refreshed if she kills a target (so she doesn't go unrewarded for being played properly).
