AFKS/Leavers

I have an idea for a solution to afks/leavers. Creating a team-switch vote could help with the unbalance left behind when a player leaves a game or is afk. Similar to the surrender vote, a team-switch vote would be an in-game feature. The vote will allow one or more players to switch teams during the game depending on the amount of players that are AFK or have left the game. Having played multiples games were the enemy team had multiple afks, I feel strongly that this vote WILL help with this unfortunate circumstance.
