Nidalee didn't have any defenses, was 2/13, propably severly outleveled (couldn't really see the exact number here.) Nidalee had 3 items and boots Graves had 6 full items, even sold his boots.
Oh and Nidalee wasn't full health to begin with, so he didn't 100-0 you.
