If You Get A Single Report Does That Mean You Cannot Attend Pbe?

I thought of this question since i got reported for being afk most of the times. And some of the Reports were from Urgent events that i had to was forced to attend while i was playing leauge of legends.1 of the afk reports was'nt a legit one since i lagged and some guy thought i was afk and he reported me. I really want to attend pbe and test out stuff and share whats balanced and whats not.I am close to being level 30 btw. But i'm stopped at the clear history of bans and reports. I got some leaverbuster low que's from the urgent events i was forced to.Does clear history for bans and reports mean that i have to provide a clear reason of why i got this and that.Or is it the end for me and i cannot reach pbe. If you know the answer to this and please tell me so i would be very proud to know the answer.This is my first ever post so please do not judge it that much.

Access to PBE is given to those that asked for entry first and show a specific mastery or capability in assisting in testing certain aspects of the game that is being tested. Priority is given to positive players that follow the Summoner's Code.

I know But If i have some reports does that impact my chances of getting pbe?

That depends on the level of offense/report and how recent it was, but it will affect your odds of getting access to PBE, since they prioritize entry with positive players that are proficient in being able to help them test.

It's not impossible to join PBE, but your odds are lower if they identify you as someone who has broken their rules.
