I HAVE TO MANY KEYS

Please help me. I play a lot of the game and over time have collected a lot of keys I can't use. I know obviously I just need to play more champs to get more chests, but that involves owning the champ as well as being good enough on the champ to get an S or having a friend good enough to get an S while you play them and probably at least in my case, completely suck ass at a champ you don't play in a role you don't play (which I don't really have). I personally don't really want to spend a lot of money on RP to only get champs, and even if I did I still wouldn't be able to get an S on most of them due to the fact I'm not that good at the game so please, is there someway anyone who sees this can tell me how I can ask riot to let me sell my keys, I don't need chests just even selling them for 5 Blue Essence would be worth it. Thank you and please tell me what the hell I can do to either petition riot or just get rid of these god damn keys. By the way I have never posted on the forums before so sorry if I messed up while doing this.
