Unfair queue

First of all I find it really unfair if you are in a group 20 min ban then some thing goes wrong (like if someone leaves in champ select) it starts all over again. If you have 5 20 min bans, you should wait (as usual) then there wont be another till a game is played. For example, I had a 20 min ban, wait 20 mins and then I can queue for a game as usual and then after the game you have to wait 20 mins for another. If I queue for 20 mins I should be able to decide if I want to play or not and if I decide I dont wanna play, I dont have to wait another 20 mins. Im not sure if anyone understands me but comment if you do

Yup, I understand your plight. The problem is that people would just go afk for the entire wait time and not pay attention when the timer is up with no consequence.
It would defeat the purpose of the queue waiting timer punishment.

But I go afk and put a 19 minute timer xD so I dont think it defeats the purpose of the queue punishment but I get what you are saying because you (if you have a 20 min) still have to wait 20 mins to play that game. Plus sometimes I think I get 20 mins wait for unfair reasons, for example PC crash.

Yeah, it's kinda a psychological thing. It's not perfect but I think it does the job. They pretty much always have the timer in their head so the assumption is that they're reflecting on the reason they got the timer.

Yeah, PC crashes happen^^ Not usually often enough to proc the system though unless they already have close to low priority queue.
