Jhin "Dancing Grenade" Suggestion
I'm going to make this short and simple.
Let the FIRST bounce on Dancing Grenades critically strike when you have no bullets in your gun chamber (aka. in the middle of reloading). Preferably, do full critical damage because the initial bounce AD ratio is already terrible as it is.
- 100% critical strike chance while reloading
- Not affected by critical damage boost from items and runes so it won't do more damage than maximum damage on the fourth target.
- Also doesn't carry over the critical damage to the next target. (example. 420 crit damage on first target AND it gets killed -> 283.5 normal damage on next target, counting the 35% damage boost)
What is this going to do for 
?:
- Helps guaranteeing boosted damage from Dancing Grenades by being able to kill the initial target with a critical strike.
- Pushes Dancing Grenades as Jhin's "filler spell" in the middle of reloading animation so he can still contribute somewhat meaningful damage.
- Makes it so Dancing Grenades isn't just a waveclearing tool past the laning phase of the game.
- Let enemies think twice about rushing him while he's in the middle of reloading - an extra layer of protection to his blatant weakness during skirmishes.
- At the same time, this gives Jhin an option between hiding behind the safety of his teammates while reloading, or pursue enemies even if he's in the middle of reloading, leaving him vulnerable to attacks.
Hopefully this isn't asking too much, and hopefully (again), there won't be any issue regarding the critical first bounce doing more damage than his normal basic attacks. I mean, it's a damaging champion ability, for ****'s sake. It's not supposed to deal less damage than your basic attack, especially for an AD Carry.
