Have you considered the possibility that the Fiora played better than you?
Pantheon was recently "bug fixed" to be able to block on hit effects with his shield. Use this to block Fiora's passive, punch her in the face with your shield, and stab her many times. Just make sure to wait out her Repose before you HSS. Spear and Aegis are fast enough to surprise most players at close range, unless they are scripting.
