Delete or at least rework Illaoi

Dear gods of recently totally stupid/broken ideas. Since I started playing LoL, which was midseason 3, I had the privilege to be present while you released champ after champ. During this time I stombelled over many overpowered mechanics, some of them did you remove or you have at least changed/balanced them. Overall I see that it is extremly difficult to balance over 100 champs with an exponential amount of possibilities. But this is not my point! As strong as a matchup might seem, or as unfair a Zoe oneshot burst from four times flash range feels, this enemies let you at least play your game as far as you play safe. But not so Illaoi... Of my many games I played against this champ, regardless of I won or lost my lane and later the game could I say that I had fun in this games. I will now try to list my most important points why playing against Illaoi is in my opinion not even the smallest bit of fun:

1. First and most important point: You stop playing LoL. Illaois E: Test of Spirit knocks you straight out of the game. I think we all agree that in the situation where you get hit by that tentacle, and lets be honest it is an extremly easy skillshot to hit, you stop whatever you were doing and begin dodgeing her unpredictable spawning tentacles for an eternity. The game just stops.. You go from playing a MoBA with all his glorious aspects like farming, poking your enemy, think about what yours and the enemy junglers next plan is and so on, to a clunky run and gun just without the fun aspects of it (I mean the guning...) I just dont get what is your point about this ability. It also has such low cooldowns. If feels just like DarkSouls, without rolls... and without a sword... and your naked... in a catholic church...in a candle lit room... all eyes on you...you feel sick in your stomach...one of the present cath.... sorry I was drifting off...
2. Illaoi is the ultimative ignorant team punisher champion. As Illaoi is a champ that is designed to be strong in hopeless situations, in which she is outnumbered multiple times, often this is heated by the fact that due to her enormously annoying kit, that let her win many lanematchups or at least get the enemy team to the point where you fell obliged to take action against her, you will find your team often engage her in ways which will loose you the fight and enragen your team even more. Often as the enemy laner of Illaoi you make it more or less even through laning phase, knowing due to her various attempts, that she is a beast in fighting situations and realise that your jungler and/or other laners try to kill her, which way to often results in multiple kills for Illaoi. This is so freaking demotivating. Now you might say this is not different to your midlaner dieing multiple times to his lane opponent, but I dissagree. In such cases you didnt deserve better. Your enemy should stomp you if you were stomped during laning phase. But seeing Illaoi getting kill after kill from your teammates after you had a good laningphase against her, feels just like trying to stop your friend from extinguishing a burning deep fryer with water: You scream at him but he doesnt believe you; water extinguishs fire...period... and then you two burn... also does your appartment... and your collection of guitars... and your leaguepoints and you just feel soooo damn powerless.
3. last but not least, you just dont quite know how to counter her. Well she is good in teamfights, so split? But wait she has poke and can easily 1v3 or even 1v4... Outscale her? Yeah this kinda works how do we do this... aaaaaand we are back to the first question.

Look I dont wanna say she is op, but it is just so weird, boring and demotivating to play against her. And to all geniouses who suggest banning her: I disagree! In my opinion bans do exist for adapting too op strategies in the current meta, which obviously cant always be patched as fast as possible due to the existence and properties of time. Therefore a ban too remove the current op champs is just a smart move. Illaoi is not just in the current meta cancer, but always.

So if now one of you agrees with me and knows someone who does have the impact to change something in this manner, Id be thanking you in all my future games against Illaoi and i would therefore promise to bake you a very nice cake, prefferably a chocolate one.
