@Riot Worlds Tokens Blue Essence Rewards AFTER Pre-season Begins

Currently you can spend 5 Worlds Tokens to get 15 Blue Essence. If you bought them now, when the IP/Blue Essence change over happens, the essence you recieve will be multiplied. My question is: will this reward be updated to offer ~100 blue essence once pre-season starts since you will still be able to purchase it? Or will it lose about 6/7th of its value?
