Suggestion/Request Anivia's Q in light of all the speed buffs for ADCs

I'm in the very small minority of players who plays anivia as a "support." That being said, Anivia's Q is arguably the slowest moving projectile in the entire game. Having suffered through the gutting, over-buffing, and re-balance of Anivia over last season, I've still stuck with her in bot lane with decent success. However, after the mastery/ruin re-work, landing those Q's, especially prior to level 6 against otherwise very fast adcs, now equipped with Fleet Footwork or Predator, is nearly impossible against champions like kaisa or jhin. It's bad enough that a handful of champs can dash away given the slow speed (lucian and ez), but now the speed boosts make early game a huge hurdle against champions with the new masteries/runes.

I'm not sure I'm a fan of recommending a Q re-work, but some balancing in light of the speed buffs would be nice :).
