TF's Wild Cards should actually represent the hitbox.
Currently, it's hard to tell whether or not you dodged the card because the card rotates 360 degrees, so there's a point where the card is parallel to Twisted Fate, and another point where the card is horizontal to Twisted Fate. This leaves the hitbox of the card frustrating to deal with because it looks like the card grazes by you as it is parallel to your champion, but the actual hitbox is the size of the circumference of the spinning card.
Maybe a small VFX change to add a red, yellow, and blue ring to their respective cards?
