Qiyana needs to be looked at
Played 3 rounds of 
today. Riot quotes her as being an "Assassin" but until she gets buffs shes actually going to play like a minion.
Problems with the kit:
- Her Q deals no damage. At all.
- The water empowered W is only consistently accessible during the laning phase and near river objectives, but nowhere else. It's also a really short root.
These two issues have already shown themselves, along with the overall issue of not doing anywhere near the assassin quota of damage brought to the table by 
or even 
. Its hard to call her an AD assasin when she can't even duel an isolated enemy adc who has an equal gold amount.
P.S. Also, ever notice that Riot has basically recycled the character design from other champs? This champ is so unoriginal in appearance, it looks like riot art team just drew a lux with a bladed hula hoop.
