I'd say if Jax times his E right, he beats Warwick by being able to counter WW's ult. Otherwise, it's a bit of a toss-up.

Unless WW has an incredibly fed Devourer or Jax completely fails to use his E, Jax should win outright just by virtue of negating autos and bork chunking. He should have nearly as much sustain as WW as well with that build, as well. I really question having both BoRK and Gunblade, though. That's definitely not optimal imo.
