Kha'zix or Rengar?

I am a new player and I'm looking for a good jungler. Kha'zix and Rengar has both caught my eyes, and I don't know which one to buy first, since I have many other champions in mind and wouldn't want to waste my blue essence. I'm looking for help on which to buy first, so please post your opinions and maybe a reason why, thanks.

In the immortal words of "TOXIC PLAYERRRRR"

Rengar taxes my FPS too much

Rengar thematically is better, but gameplay wise khazix is less effected by each patch. There will be stints where rengar can 1shot everyone, then for nearly a year he will be the worst assassin.
