Wake up Riot?

Dear RIot I have a question. Absolutely every game I have a least one troll from the team. You are trying to impose a teamwork. But how can I be calm when in my team I have 0/13 for 10 minutes. And the worst is that I lose a lot of points from that. The points earned or lost from the game must be on how you played it, right? Not about how many total wins and losses you have. I finished B - with stats 4/5 and I lost 19 points. However, this 0/13 may have lost only 10 points if he has more wins than loses. Not fair, right?
