Teams in Team Builder. Generally poor?

My W/L for last weekend (Team Builder games only) was only 2/8, but yet my KDA's for most of my games are 1.5 or higher.

Well, I posted it this way because there were games with awful team structures, as well as atrocious players. A Cait LITERALLY RAGEQUIT BEFORE THE MATCH EVEN STARTED. Then she returned. And fed a not-so-good Sivir to LEGENDARY. I'm no pro, but that sounds like a bad and immature player. Later, I had to lane bot WITH A GAREN SUPPORT. He's not even a good champ top, so why put IN THE WAY OF THE FARM with such a MISERABLE pick? Is anyone else experiencing this, because I think I don't know how somebody wouldn't, with the streak of terrible games I have had.

But I guess that's because it's not a ranked mode or something. (Even then my account is only level 24.)

The whole point of team builder is that everyone gets to agree to the team composition before they play. If you don't like something about the team, press "Find Another Group".

When you're dealing with random people, there are going to be bad picks and weird comps, just because the best strat when going into a game with strangers is to play what you know. That said, that applies to both teams, and you just got a bad couple of dice rolls recently, no fault of the game mode on that one.

On a different note, Garen is actually really strong in top lane and can bully out most champions when played correctly. He's not much more than a damage soak later on, but his laning has the potential to be quite potent. Supporting he can't do worth crap, but he's a strong solo laner.

all the teams in low elo are poor for every queue. it's up to you to carry them.

Garen is actually a fine top champ, if pick him into a champ with a poor lane, and destroy them in lane.

Teambuilder works with a different MMR, so it may take some time for it to adjust to yours. Also, it does just have less people, so you're going to see wider skill range than in Draft mode.
