Twisted Treeline Syndra

Last year Syndra was nerfed on Twisted Treeline because she was an overbearing monster. Since then, she has been nerfed on Summoner's Rift. Her E is not as reliable, her Q damage is abysmal early game. I feel it's time to revert at least the E cooldown increase, but I wouldn't mind an ultimate cd reversion too. While I still feel like Syndra was overnerfed in general, I would still appreciate a wee bit of love for Syndra on TT. ^_^
