Assassins problems in general and new idea on how to fix.

One of the problems riot has been struggling with is how to get assassins in a healthy spot in the meta. They complain about assassins being able to one shot people and their being no counter play. Half the time, i feel as if that is because of people ( especially newbs) simply making a bad choice to go off alone and push a lane to far, however, they do have a little bit of a point. The other problem is a lack of ability to counter them. Originally, kassadin was meant to be an anti-mage, but grew into one of the most notorious assassins in the game. The concept however, needs to be explored more. Create an anti assassin. Some possible skills:(all would obviously not be used on the same champ)

An ult that would be similar to Shen's but would allow the used to switch places with an ally gaining their percentage health *2 (not exceeding Max health), but also gain all debuff's on that character. When used, it would apply a effect to the ally and freeze any dubuff timers on them for the duration while the champ was TPing there. (If the ally TPed to was stunned/silenced/zed mark/fizz fish/debuffed so are you, because of debuff gain) The champ would most likely have either an anti-assassin kit (spell shield + dash)or tanky kit. The teleport would be canceled if the anti assassin champ is hit in any way so it cannot be used as an escape.

A skill that would flip all buffs/ debuffs on a champ with anothers buffs/debuffs, allowing for a fizz fish to be flipped onto him or a zed marked zed

A skill that would allow the anti-assassin to disguise as an ally on your team, like an ADC or AP mid so when they dive on you they realize you aren't squishy after all.
