New Ranked Game Setup

I don't know about any of y'all but right now i'm solo q'ing and this will be my 7th time finding a match because people keep leaving and don't know what to do. Literally twice it happened right before a game like 1 second left someone left. And this is making me pissed and you need to fix this or don't add this to the game at all or people will lose interest in ranked and may even quit the game due to poor interaction. Fix this.
