Everytime i click that ranked button im always against a veigar who plays careful then hit 6 and his Base ult damage is like 500 damage...It has like no counter play what so ever and his stun it keeps u in it so long that your dead Before your out of it.It has no visable counter execpt Gankplank oranges and qss.and i dont want to buy a qss as a ap Mid laner.
There's just so much wrong with this post.
If you stay in the middle of his stun and walk around without hitting the walls you won't get stunned. If he can't hit his W which has a long delay before doing damage, his Q and R won't kill you. He's vulnerable without his stun, it has like a 12 second cooldown so if he misplaces it attack him then.

Lulu isnt actually bad against veigar. her pixie makes her poke really well, she has a shield, and her ult basically counters veigars

His ultimate deals damage based on flat + his AP. This damage increases based on how low you are, not how tanky you are.
If you had 1000/3000 HP or 500/1500 HP or 5/15 HP it still deals the same amount of damage to you in all cases. All that matters is that you are at 33% HP. Whether your HP is 100 or 10,000 is irrelevant.
Brand counters veigar.
All good items vs veigar.
There's no % HP damage in Veigar's kit, it just scales up based on your health.
And buy QSS. It's never bad to have defense, especially when 
exists with plenty of offensive stats.
