I just saw CLG vs IMT and jhin's ult was non stop always up mid to late game. IMT couldn't even leave their base CLG would just reset and Jhin would ult and win teamfights over and over. I think 120 second cooldown is too short. Then goes to 105 seconds, then 90. 90 is way too short of a cooldown on an ability that's so powerfully.
That's part of the reason behind the jhin ult cooldown refresh nerf. (no more cd refresh for not using shots)
There were plenty of times he used all 4 shots and it was back up 105 seconds later.
he was also pretty fed with some (ik atleast 10% but possibly more) CDR
I don't know man. The thing is, his ult has a lot of weaknesses. To me, it's supposed to be strong in certain situations, but it's not universally strong. If he casts it and an assassin rolls up behind him, he's screwed.
It couldn't possibly be that he's going the cdr build and not the crit build x3.
