Pbe blue minions?

I was playing my PBE account, and I disconnected due to my Lol replay acting up, I spawn back in to summoners rift to find that all minions were a blue glowing color. Is this a texture re balance problem, or is it just something wrong with me? How do I fix it if so, just wanted to say something about . Oh and Thank you for the pbe account Riot!
