AP update. Spellvamp

is going to get removed, right? If so, what about ultimate ability? It gives spellvamp, does it stay for only him, or gets removed too? And is Riot going to make something like it someday, or there won't be a way for mages to sustain themselves with items?

They are leaving spellvamp in the game, it just won't be on any items. For instance, the mastery will still be there that gives it, so all champions can still have it. They are not on a crusade against spellvamp, they just don't think WotA is healthy.
