Rune Synergy?

Mr Suppish··1 votes·756 views

Every so often as I'm trying to set up a rune page, I'll suddenly see that one of the runes has a golden semicircle above it, with a small, pulsing orb at the 2 o'clock position. Anybody know what this is? It mainly appears on the Sorcery page, with Manaflow Band and Ultimate hat, but I've also seen it on the Colossus page.

It was introduced as a "this rune is new" indicator - I have no idea why it still keeps randomly popping. Manaflow Band has been reworked and Conqueror is a new rune. It used to appear on Bone Plating and Chrysalis too when they were released.

You shouldn't be seeing it on the Ultimate Hat at any rate =/
