Bots in Twisted Treeline?

So I played a few Twisted Treeline 3v3 games and I noticed something very strange. Players with simple movements, that feed and execute themselves, all go bot lane, and never talk in chat. I wondered what was up so I did some digging on the internet and found out they were bots. It really made me disappointed that I cant play against real people to practice for ranked games. I want to know if Riot is doing something to handle these bots, put an end to them, and revive the integrity of normal games of the Twisted Treeline.
