Do you think Brand as support/mid should be good to go full MP runes instead of ap quints and mp marks? Why would you ask - well his passive scales only with MP and not AP and MP is better lategame than AP BUT toghether will the increased dmg from his passive this will allow you to get early advantage at around mid game. It won't help much in farming(if he goes mid) where Brand has little issues though...
