I don't know what to do.....

I just got demoted twice within a week............from S1 to S3..I had been playing every night nonstop since I got demoted from S1 to S2 on Monday yet it only got me demoted again..and I don't know what to do...in some games we got 1-12 in 10 minutes..in other games top or jungle got 0-6 early and we just can't deal with fed tank....even in the games we were winning early we still end up losing

I am a support main and I really don't know what I did wrong or how I can improve...I know I must did something wrong to lose 70% of games in a week but but I just don't know what is it. ( and no I did not rage or give-up during my game)

Itemization, and you could do with a bigger champion pool. Sometimes a beefy tank isn't always the right option. Some times support isn't the right role. That being said I think the meta is shifting for those tanks supports to start bringing ignite so they can get a lead on passive supports before they build redemption and censor.

But mostly, Believe in yourself and have faith in your team. When I'm forced to support, the only thing that wins me games is mediocre ward coverage and being my team's dedicated cheer leader.
