Ziggs vs Ezreal help

Alright guys, I was wondering if anyone has problem with facing ezreal while he/she plays as Ziggs? Well, I have a big problem with this.

I want to know how to fking dodge his god damned teleport because for me it seems impossible to dodge his abilities. I can't play against him and I need a solution if someone knows how to help me in this situation. Thank you!
