Hello there,

Today I've came across a player who played his first game in rank after not playing for a whole month because s/he was playing other games. So I was thinking, why would Riot even allow that? Shouldn't Riot disable rank for people who haven't played at least 1 game for an x amount of time? I mean it's unfair to other people who worked hard to lose LP just like that... And he didn't even care at all about this game. He just said 'I don't even play this game so I don't care if I feed' like what.

There is ranked decay in gold and above for this reason. I'm sure you are in bronze if this happened so they don't have decay at that level and they shouldn't

I was in Plat II when this happened. The decay is after 28 days if I'm not mistaken, and 1 month is only 2 days after the first decay...

Then apply that to 1 trick pony as well. I mean it's ranked right? You should be able to play at least 3 champs in your role.

What does it matter if I can play my role? I mean he was feeding his lane. I'm not complaining for the loss. I'm just wondering, why Riot don't disable Rank Play for people who haven't played any game for a month. Like force them to play a few normal before re-enabling rank for them so they don't just come on, solo queue and ruin everyone's game.
