Hello
Every time when I play game and my team getting S-\S\S + I don't get anything for it.
Also when I get s rank score I get nothing.
I got to see this thing with one of the other players, playing together, we got the same score he got Box, and i didn't.
Already got at least a couple of times the score required to get a box or a key, and still i got noting.
What i need to do? how can i fix it ?

Pandemic Punch1 votesYou can only get 4-5 chests per month. You can look at your summoner profile in the client to see when you can earn another chest.
My next chest is available in 1 more day.
PenguinWar1 votesThe problem is i didn't get any chest yet .. Even when i got s rank, nothing heppends . and i've already tried with 4 diffrent chempions. nothing works .. should i write a report to Support about it ?

disregardable1 votesYou need to be pre-made in a group to get the box from your teammate. If you're playing solo, you won't get the box if your teammate gets an S.
