Solution to have Fun balanced game when a player goes AFK(leaver)

So, i've been reported many times because i rage on someone who just go afk to cook an egg for himself during aram or rift game.... seriously? i am a toxic person or he is just a REGARD.. change the G to T for better meaning.

Simply, how about when someone goes afk the game just replaces him with a BOT . to keep the balance and the farming level. and when he comes back may be some Disconnecting issues, the team vote on his coming back, if the vote YES . then the bot will be replaced by the player who left the game. if the team clicked NO . then the player will be a spectator and the BOT will keep on playing. Simply for some ppl who goes afk for no reason like personal activity ... or they are simply toxic enough to let the team judge negatively on his coming back.

and replacing with bot doesn't mean the player will run away from his penalty !
