I think Kench Q should still apply a stack of his passive again

So, when you play , his kit feels really clunky and less fluid now. Despite the buffs they are giving him in this new patch, without his Q to apply a stack, it feels like you have to try WAY too hard to get your 3 stacks off on someone unless they're cc'd already, or you , or . And, the only way to apply stacks now is by using a minion launch from your E, or by auto attacking. That's it. It made him no longer fun to play for me personally. Even if the Q still consumed stacks in order to stun, it applying the singular stack for an engage just feels so much nicer. I think that if you have to lessen the damage from his kit in order to allow this to happen, then go for it. I don't mind if you don't want him to be a rampaging Top Laner/Jungler, but I want to be able to feel fluidity in the champion I'm playing.
