LeaverBuster Reset?

Well, I've been thinking about it, and I think that LeaverBuster should be reset at the start of each season. I know that its a pretty long time between each season, but if you do still have LeaverBuster close to the next season, you could have a second chance. Now I know that there are certain summoners that leave on purpose, and that's their problem. What if a specific summoner has a power outage, and reconnects? I think that if a player is absent 5 minutes after the game starts, but comes back, they should not be punished. Anyways originally this topic was about a reset. Season 6 is coming up and I think a reset would be useful. Peace out bros.
