Filtering out the garbage players

I have been condemned to the rat pits of bronze for some reason after reaching sliver last season. Most of you know how difficult it really is to get out of bronze. This is due to the vast number of absolute garbage players/trolls you meet along the way. Right now I'm stuck in bronze 3 (how i get placed in bronze three from silver idk..thanks rito.....) and every game i play i get stuck with someone who just shouldn't be playing or they are trolling. This causes me to end up losing LP and dropping down only to be so close to getting into promotion games to come across yet another garbage player(s) or troll(s).. I don't know how you wish to go about this but it's damn frustrating. You have taken away the reporting of unskilled players which I personally think was a good idea. Then you can weed them out and let them play together. As for the trolls, if they get reported don't let them play ranked. It's that easy.
