Kick option in search process to get rid of obvious trollers.

I, and probably a lot of other people meet a lot of people in ranked games who pick troll Champs (in regards to their lane or enemy) because of reasons(?). Since another person is about to troll I will have to leave the game since I obviously don't want to lose my MMR to some dckwad. I would like a to purpose adding a button that kicks a player (with 4/5 team acceptance) from the que to invite Another (adding a few extra seconds on to the picking phase) or puts the two teams back in que. I do purpose this because, when I leave the que I will get a 5min-30min-1h wait time till I can search again, and if I have plans later and want to play a couple of games, that will ruin my free time of playing League of legends. The idea would be for the trolling person to suffer the wait time and not other players that leaves in "good faith".

It would still require all of them to think it's a bad pick enough to want the fifth to be kicked. Could put up some rules and limitations about the usage of the button, like one can only ban one player or so.

so how do you know they are a troll just cuz they pick a champ you dont like?

Perhaps if the person expresses that they are about to troll. All the other players would have to agree to that the person who is about to be kicked is behaving in a certain way to deserve getting kicked. Flaming way too much in chat before game, expressing intention to troll, or if they pick a champion that is a champ that is an obvious bad pick (resembles troll I guess) like... Heimer as an ADC slot on bot lane. Or, something that I've encountered, someone forces you out of your lane by stating so and picks a hero based on that lane. Of course there would be more to the idea than just what I wrote. Like, one would not be able to remove a player because that player got counter picked, but rather there would be an option to start a vote to kick a player moments after that player picked a champion that is an obvious counterproductive pick for the team. I'm trying to spark an idea in to motion ^^

Well, thank you for your input. It is much appreciated to have someone commenting absolutely nothing. Something has to be done gainst trollers. It's a huge problem as you might have noticed yourself.
