Dishonor feature.

The current honor system is good an all but ive had games where someone was bad but not to the extent of being reportable and leaving me with wishes that i could simply dishonor them. On the other side, in my opinion, honor is gained too easily and has nothing to drop it, like you get it and you get it and eventually it will mean nothing, kinda feel it right now personally.

So is there any way that a dishonor option or similar feature in the future so to stop the all honor 5's and such down the line?
