Tahm Kench Rebalance (Glitched R) {{champion:223}} ,Ware Wick Jungling Rebalnce {{champion:19}}

I personally think that tahm Kench should be buffed. first off i get that he is a Tank/Support but seriously all of his abilities Are Very Un Useful. Sometimes the Ability "Devour" Is A Good ability but that's about the only one. For Instance i've met some gold,Diamond Ranked Players and event they played him and went negative then i played him i loved his ability i Found A Large Glitch in His R move when i started to upgrade him and get abilities then my r Key Code became my {W Devour} Key Code. Also on top of that it used both abilities . Tahm Kench's Q key code which spits out his tongue and can whiplash a champion buy Devouring him with 3 'W's I personally think that whiplash his tongue a bit longer. One more thing on Tahm Kench's E should Buff his Speed 70% of what he had.

Ware Wick : Ware Wick Has not a big Glitch But A Small jungling glitch i was playing with a few players and he kept saying he did not need a leash i was wondering why and he said ware wick is glitched and i stood there and watched he was right the Minions did not attack him what so ever i do not know if he was hacking or not but i am pretty sure it was not a hack because all the players were agreeing with him that he is glitched. When he attacked the minions they just stood there. then after he attacked dragon at Lvl 2 and killed it after a minute or so (Low Level Weak Power).
