Unfairness

I feel that riots matchmaking is extremely unfair towards new teams in ranked 5v5, me and my friends have been paired up against high elo players, usually gold+. Since we are Bronze, i feel that this is a huge skill gap and this isnt fair towards people that actually want to rank up and enjoy the game. This ruins the experience that the game provides for us and we usually end up extremely frustrated, both at Riot and the players. Another thing that seems unfair is LeaverBuster. I was put on the low priority queue for leaving ONE game. I know people that leave/afk multiple games and they are not penalized. So why am I penalized? I thought the point of LeaverBuster was to punish players that repeatedly break summoners code and to punish players that repeatedly afk/leave matches. Riot, as a player that has invested a huge amount of hours into this amazing game, can you please fix these types of things? Especially the matchmaking for 5v5 ranked. It isnt fair.
