Random Waves to encourage more interaction between Laners

Since 8.10 brought us "Scuttle gives to encourage more interaction between junglers"

My suggestion for 8.11 is initial 3 waves per lane then 30 seconds of no waves with a notification of where a wave (3 waves in one) in a random lane so all the laners can group up and contest the super wave as a team to encourage more interaction between laners.

I know some things will need to be adjusted like reducing the amount of experience each wave gives so the jungler doesn't fall below the laners in experience.

It will also teach the laners how to use properly to avoid jungle ganks which is why you opted to go with less experience per jungle camp route.

The other suggestion in addition to random waves is to just wall off both top and bottom jungle to just 3 ways in from the bottom of base so no one will know which side of jungle the jungler will start on and to prevent roams at all, keep other teams/your team from taking jungle camps (including buffs). I also suggest that there be a 90% ms reduction to anyone not having both smite and a jungle item as well as 10% health dot every second to accomplish this.

Those changes would also open up the jungle pool to not just be about only the early skirmishing junglers to be chosen but open up the pool to others who can move around terrain like to name a few.

Yeah I know this wont be well received by laners but it will accomplish what you want out of the game which is more interaction, teaching others how to use wards/sweepers etc.
