Why is the Board used for feedback and not the game itself?

Without wanting to get too close to someone - A board often contains a certain type of person who does not necessarily represent the entirety of the player base. Most players who have something to say simply don't feel like using the forum. I don't like to use it either, I have to say. Not least because my English is too bad.

Unfortunately, the NA board is the only thing that counts (or rather Reddit) and the limitation starts there.

Let's be honest, I think that the best and most honest feedback would come from the game itself and not from a board, which is only used by a fraction. Reddit is also not used by all players.

Why don't we just get a lot more surveys about the client? You can definitely include the possibility of giving more detailed feedback. It would also be nice if I could give the feedback in my mother tongue and that feedback would also be evaluated.

Riot already does this primarily. You'll get small surveys about champions or skins in Client and emails will often have Surveys for players to answer and give their thoughts on. Randomly sent surveys are the best way to approximate player opinion for a reason, since you're not getting it from a single place that you've no way of knowing the actual diversity of opinion.

They don't They Ingore the boards because although it has its community of Yes Men its not a place of yes Men if you actually allow people to speak and speak truthfully instead of removing posts because they arent dick sucky. and the people who get removed dont continue to come to a place that makes no diffrence unless ur marksmen who decide to first time the boards and cry in mass because riot reworked a class of champions that was directly designed to counter them and people were tired of not getting the lane to play those champions and so they took those champion in every lane and it was right at the end of the protect the carry meta where the adc was the only relivant damage dealer on the team tanks could stop one or 2 assassin but not 4

A lot of players simply can't be bothered with feedback. Riot does survey the playerbase. They ended up getting some pretty different answers from the English and Chinese speaking communities simply because ideas got lost or warped in translation.

They do surveys like: "Did you have a good game experience lately" rather then asking if we even like the new hyper mobility champions or dislike them.
