I feel like her unique way of providing vision and knock up bot isnt enough to justify a pick. I haven't played her so maybe I'm over looking something. But it seems like shes been nerfed so much that she is basically just her passive and W.
So why do pros pick her so often, even when arguably stronger picks are open.
It's her kit. She will always be LCS material. Her tremor sense is good for ganking, counter ganking, face checking, invades, avoiding invades , and just general knowledge, things that you want on a LCS stage. Her ultimate gives her global pressure , so she can pull of counter ganks in a God like manner + helps with cross map control (Often times if you see the enemy jungler dive your top laner, you can take drag, since he won't be able to contest, but Reksai can dive and still contest) and can split push but still join her team in a moments need. Those are all qualities that LCS teams look for
She has a Lee Sin Kit. Try to name something she doesn't provide. Vision, CC, tanky DPS, manaless sustain, multiple forms of mobility. She fits into any comp. She has been perma picked since her release in LCS for a reason, no matter how bad these boards make her out to be. She is just very overloaded for a jungloer.

I don't know. It's an unpopular opinion but I think she needs buffs. Particularly in her chasing power and the usefulness of preyseeker.
Mobility. Her ganks are extremely hard to ward against due to her ult.
She's really fucking good.
Her tunnels give quasi vision. They stay on the map till theyre removed. Place some of the tunnels in the enemies jungle and you can keep track of them if they destroy them. If one of your tunnels goes missing in the jungle then thats where the jungler is(or support, mid coming to gank ect.) so theres that. easy to counter jungle (with said tunnels) you can escape or enter the jungle easier. her knockup pick potentail is pretty great, she does decent damage built tank, she has mixed damage with her underground q doing magic, and her ult gives her the ability to teleport anywhere shes placed a tunnel on the map, all while being resourceless. shes got alot of strong points but also a few weak points that can be taken advantage of as well.
