Nasus is a good pacifist character. Q everything and then just kill buildings. You can even Wither opponents without dealing damage.

Pacifist Bard would be a great choice!

I didn't use E or W but I used ult out of combat and at times flash in to give them the buff:) But yeah heal all game :)
