Swain vs Viktor Please help
Alright so they are both 4800 ip and swain is dps and viktor is burst, so who do I choose I am totally stumped, please help.

Swain is easier to play and he's really strong right now. I'd go Swain.
Viktor can be stronger in the right hands, but he definitely has a higher learning curve. Good luck.

Alright, I love ejaculating so looks like I am picking up swain :)
I would go for swain. He is very nice in the meta and is amazing at carrying games. A

is all you need to be tanky and do dmg. Viktor on the other hand is nice but I feel that he is either going to be really good or really bad while swain can be good all the time.
i got swain recently and he's carrying me so hard
Funny thing here, Viktor counters Swain fairly well. But thats just me.
Personally, Viktor. He can adapt to counter pretty much anyone in lane in some fashion and since his passive rework he scales well as well.
As long as you are good at skillshots. If you can't land Es don't bother. You will have a bit of trouble with Swain too but his isn't as important to his damage as Viks
