I need advice for ranked.

So I am trying to carry my games to gold, and i'm wondering what I should change. I've read many many many guides on how to get out of silver, and apply what i've learned as much as I can. I have main champions that I play for every role, I focus on CS, think about risk/reward, and I know when to go for what objectives. Those are just some, but even if i'm getting fed in kills and CS, my team just flames each other and doesn't try to CS, ward, ping, or anything. They just get greedy and die nonstop. I end up losing most of my games because of this and no matter what I just try to let them know what they should do better. What should I do to get out of silver?
