Does the inspirations paths 20% potion boost affect corrupting potion and biscuit delivery?
Something I wanted to know since in description it says up to x amount of hp/mana. Does the boost make you gain more hp and mana?

It should do. Corrupting potion and the Total Biscuits of Everlasting Will are classed as potions last I checked.
