Diver rework?

yeah so im still waiting on that spicy wukong, xin zhao, shyv, vi and etc rework you guys said something about it in the past while you were reworking the assassins said around the summer time and its the beginning of summer right now so now would be a good time to let us know when that is happening legit nearly all other classes got a rework but us. top lane bruisers are in a garbage spot right now thats no question. at this point your either building full tank are ap and have high base damage so you still do a good amount of damage behind or ahead, or your a riven, yasuo, fiora you build full damage and attempt to kill everyone on the map. but divers espcially are in a terrible spot wukong is a garbage champ right now as i see it you have to go corrupting because his mana regen is complete garbage xin is not that bad but since you guys want to make jungle where you cant carry from it you have to cheese xin cannot be a good jungle vi and shyv are in the same position. and wukong needs more cc to compete with these broken champ up top or anywhere he just doesnt bring to much to the table right now.
