Can anyone fix my ping spikes? pls

When I'm playing, every 10 secs my ping jumps of to 100 and causes my game to freeze for a sec. I've tried looking for how to fix it, but not many people have issues with it. help :?

theres a few things you can do

first is out of game. in the settings, under general make sure that the "Enable low fps mode" and "Close client during while in a game" are marked.

these should help mitigate some of your problem

second is changing your graphical settings, which is in game. go into training or something (where you can switch this around without having to stop and play an actual game) and check the in game settings. just turn down everything graphical to low or minimum (or off if it allows)

that should help the rest of the way

if you still experience fps drops or ping spikes, it might be something with your internet
