Riot should make teemo more viable. More damage in shroom, more AA range, An new W and give us the old detonation shroom

LostFr0st1 votesAnother player and I had a discussion on it recently actually^^ It'd be cool if I could have any other Teemo player's opinion on it. (I don't play Teemo myself but I know he is near and dear to many people)
The jist of it was to play up his assassin elements through giving him a timed stealth buff so you can run between bushes like Shaco Q. His Q is a blind right now but it doesn't do much in non auto-attack matchups. So, instead it could be a super slow (think Rumble overheated harpoons) and his Ult was nearsight/aoe slow combined with giving Teemo the stealth passive from above (except even while not in a bush and only if he's within x units of the person that blew up the shroom).

LostFr0st1 votesThat's just it, there isn't "balance" in Teemo's kit right now. You can either lane vs and crush him or do nothing (wait it out) once he presses Q depending on your champ. He's an ok champ with a dedicated playerbase.
The idea is to push him more into a scout with more camo tools. The stealth after shroom detonation is I think what you're referring to as imbalanced? He has to stay within X units of the detonated shroom (like Akali shroud). He doesn't do the same damage as now with R. Holy that would be broken.
Any constructive feedback direction wise you can give as a Teemo player? Would playing up his camouflage be cool instead of focusing on shroom damage as he does right now?

Even if they had just made it 1/2 damage with the full slow I know many people that would have been happy :(
The only good thing shroom bounce does is let you scout over walls.
(which is pretty good vision-wise but it almost never hits anyone ever)
UberAffe2 votesTeemo does not need buffs ... I just played a game with him after being away from league for 6 months and still went 12/2. He is not weak if you play him correctly. I wouldn't mind some QOL changes but he doesn't need buffs.

zacktootall2 votesteemo needs no such buff his blinding dart is one of the most annoying abilities. you want the mushrooms to do more damage then build ap cuz riot should not buff the damage while that ability has a slow. his W? i admit on paper is useless but can and has gotten teemo out from the jaw of death more then once. and your idea for his blind to be similar to quinn's that would be a nerf and i would love that
